No Client waiting in the waiting room.
Please text me when you arrive for your appointment and I will let you know when it is ok to enter the office.
Do not bring anyone or anything extra with to your appointment.
Please leave personal items in your vehicle and if possible pay online before your appointment, if you are not sure how to do this, please let me know.
Masks are required
I will be wearing a mask during the session and I require that all clients wear a mask during the face up portion of the session. It is appreciated if you bring your own mask, however one will be supplied if you are unable to.
Wash your hands
It is requested that all clients come to the appointment freshly showered and wash hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the office.
No hand massage or facial massage
I will not be doing any hand massage or facial massage at this time.
Extra cleaning protocols
Along with normal cleaning protocols of clean linens, All surfaces and door knobs will be cleaned and sanitized between sessions. I have also purchased an air purifier and removed any fabric and unnecessary decor from the office. I will still have products for sale. Please ask if you don't see something that you are looking for.
Before each appointment you will be emailed a screening, if you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive or suspected to be Covid-19 positive in the last 14 days or have experienced any symptoms, it is asked that you reschedule your appointment. If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, you will not be charged for canceling it. It is my number one concern to keep you, my other clients and my family safe during this time.
You will also be sent an update of how you are feeling to fill out. Please do this before each appointment to communicate with me the areas that you would like to work on. This will allow us to minimize the conversation in the treatment room during this time.
High Risk Clients
Although I will follow these protocols and do everything that I can to keep my office a safe place for you to visit, as we all know there is no guarantee. If you are in this category or have someone close to you that is, I recommend postponing treatment, however I will not turn you away if you choose to schedule.
Health History Forms and update before every appointment
All Clients will be emailed a new health history form with the new scheduling software, Please fill this out before your first appointment. You will also be sent an update of how you are feeling to fill out before every appointment. Please do this before each appointment to communicate with me the areas that you would like to work on. This will allow us to minimize the conversation in the treatment room during this time.
