Hot Stones and Cupping
At Body Remedi, we use synergy stones. They are a great addition to a bodywork session. Stones help warm up the tissue and allow us to work deeper without increased pressure and damage to tissue.
Cupping therapy is used to help increase blood flow to the tissue which helps decrease inflammation and tension.
Essential Oils
Essential oils can be used to help increase relaxation during a massage session.
Stretching
Sometimes we need a good stretch to help with mobility issues. This is something that is done during a lot of our sessions.
